💘 Feb 13 | 10AM to 12PM ~ Storytime: Hearts and Heelers at Little Discovery Center: Join us for a heartwarming Valentine’s Day celebration full of love, laughter, and playful puppy fun! We'll snuggle up for Storytime with books inspired by a certain beloved blue pup and her adventures in friendship and family and play some fun Storytime games! Kids will also get to create a sweet Valentine’s craft to take home and enjoy. RSVP / FREE.
💘 Feb 13 | 5PM to 10PM ~ Valentines Glow in the Dark Party and Movie Night: Kids will love a GLOWING Dance Party at Star Academy Performing Arts Center. Party 5PM to 7:30PM | Movie Night 7:30PM to 10PM. $35 per person. $15 add-on for movie night. Ages 4 to 14. RSVP.

💘 Feb 14 | 12PM to 3PM ~ Family Saturdays at Art Center Sarasota: Designed for kids and grown-ups to enjoy together, each session offers a fresh, hands-on project led by professional teaching artists—drawing inspiration from artists, exhibitions, and cultural traditions. No experience needed, just bring your imagination. This week's theme is Love Potions Lab. Mix glitter, color, and imagination to create magical “potions”—each one powered by something they love (kindness, bravery, belly laughs… you name it!). Date Night Ideas for Valentine’s Day
Planning a Valentine’s Day date night? Whether you’re heading out on February 14 or celebrating another day that week, these local spots make great options.
- Feb 14 | 2PM and 6PM ~ Circus Sarasota: EPIC - The Circus Arts Conservatory presents Circus Sarasota EPIC, its most ambitious production ever, featuring an elite roster of international circus royalty, Guinness World Record-breaking performers, and beloved America’s Got Talent stars.
- Feb 14 | 5:15PM to 8PM ~ Valentine Limited - Enjoy a great night out with delicious food, amazing music and a relaxing train ride, hosted by Florida Railroad Museum. Guests will enjoy a 30-minute train ride to Willow. Upon arrival, everyone will disembark for a delicious dinner complete with a carving station and vegetarian options. Spend 1 hour and 45 minutes grooving to the music before boarding the train back to our Parrish Station. The entire experience will last 2 hours and 45 minutes. We hope to see you there!
